Refund policy

Because perfumes and fragrance products are personal care items, we follow strict hygiene and authenticity standards. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
1) Returns Eligibility
You can request a return only if all of the following apply:
- You contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
- The perfume is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging (cellophane seal, box, and any security seals must be intact).
- The item is returned in the same condition it was delivered, with all included items (cards, inserts, freebies, etc. if applicable).
2) No Returns on Open Box or Opened/Used Perfumes
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Open box items
- Any perfume that has been opened, unsealed, used, tested, sprayed, or has a broken seal/cellophane
- Items with missing original packaging or damaged seals
If the box seal or wrapping is opened, the item is treated as an open box product and becomes non-returnable.
3) Damaged, Leaking, or Wrong Item Delivered
If your perfume arrives damaged, leaking, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the outer packaging, inner packaging, and product
- A short unboxing video (strongly recommended)
If the issue is confirmed, we will guide you on the next steps.
4) How to Request a Return
To request a return, contact us within 14 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- The product name
- The reason for return
- Photos/video proof where relevant
- If approved, we will share the return address and packing instructions.
5) Return Shipping Cost
- Customers are responsible for return shipping/postage fees.
- We recommend using a trackable service. If the parcel is lost during return shipping, we may not be able to process the return.
6) Packaging Requirement
Perfumes are fragile and can leak if packed poorly. Returned items must be:
- Properly sealed and protected
- Packed with cushioning to prevent bottle damage
If a return arrives broken due to poor packaging, the return may be rejected.
7) Refund Processing Time
Once we receive your returned item and confirm it is:
- Properly packed, and
- Unopened and sealed, and
- In the same condition as delivered
- Your refund will be processed within 48 hours of receiving the packed product.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method (or the most appropriate method available based on your payment type).
8) Late or Unapproved Returns
If you contact us after the 14 day window, or return an item without approval, we may reject the return and ship it back to you at your cost.
